What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
As a small business owner, I specialize in custom products. While I do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is my priority. Let's collaborate to ensure your experience meets your expectations.

When will my order arrive?
Since everything is custom ordered, and then shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 8-10 business days (USA) from your order date.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact me at the email address provided in your shipping confirmation email.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Contact the shipper directly and provide your tracking number to see if they can provide an estimated time of delivery.

I accidentally put in the wrong address - what should I do?
Mistakes happen all the time, so if you accidentally entered an address that is considered insufficient by the shipper, the shipment will be returned to my facility. You will be responsible for the cost of the reshipment once I receive the original shipment and have your updated, accurate address. I understand that mistakes can occur. Within 7 days of your expected shipment arrival, please email me at the email address provided in your shipping confirmation email, and let’s get this resolved as soon as possible.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I’m sorry to hear that the product you ordered arrived damaged or was incorrect. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please contact me at the email address provided in your shipping confirmation email within 7 days from the time you received your product and include at least 3 photos of the damaged areas or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
